Loose itinerary

Day 1 – Rover growls up the glen, pipes you in, fires crackling, welcome dram in the library, peaty nose. Lunch soup thick with barley, brown bread. Quick loch dip if brave, water bites. Dinner roast venison, tatties, candle stubs.
Day 2 – Wake to stag bellow somewhere. Breakfast kippers, black pudding, porridge with cream. Forest bathing walk, guide whispers tree names, moss underfoot squish. Lunch packed, cheese oatcakes by a burn. Afternoon whisky school, three distilleries in miniature, you nose casks. Wild swim two, wetsuit optional, loch like glass. Fireside tasting, stories taller than the ceiling.
Day 3 – Morning free, borrow wellies, stalk the policies, spot red squirrels. Lunch cullen skink, smoke curls. Tailored adventure, choose hill climb or kayak, guide packs flask tea. Back for sauna in the turret, pine steam. Dinner whole salmon, lemon thyme, drambuie cranachan.
Day 4 – Early land rover safari, deer herds, maybe golden eagle. Coffee in thermos, shortbread crumbs. Lunch back, haggis rolls, ironic veggie version. Afternoon clay pigeons if you fancy, bang echo off hills. Whisky blending, your bottle, terrible label. Evening forest bath redux, twilight, owls clock in.
Day 5 – Sleep late, breakfast till 11, bacon rolls, fried eggs runny. Last adventure lite, loch shore walk, skipping stones. Packing lunch, smoked salmon bagels. Final tasting, rare bottles, you sip slow. Farewell feast, beef wellington, sticky toffee, pipes at dessert.
Day 6 – Dawn swim for heroes, coffee on the jetty. Big breakfast, sausages, tomatoes blistered. Rover at 10, maybe a wee dram for the road, sealed.

Why it hits
You swim where monsters rumored, taste smoke older than your dad, walk trees older than the castle. Adventures molded to your pulse, no tick-box nonsense. Leave wind-burned, peat-stained, oddly proud of cold tolerance.
Book before the stags rut or the pipes get double-booked.
