Rough daily flow
Day 1 – Land, cart up the zig-zag, villa door opens to chilled assyrtiko and a platter of tomato keftedes. Quick dip in the pool, coach chats goals over herbal tea, early night cuz jetlag.
Day 2 – Sunrise yoga on the upper terrace, coach tweaks poses to your creaky spots. Breakfast delivered, greek yogurt thick as paint, thyme honey. Afternoon volcano hike, moderate trail, black sand crunch, guide packs water and stories. Dinner at villa, chef grills fish you saw that morning.
Day 3 – Morning free, lounge or wander Oia before crowds. Lunch light, fava and capers. Catamaran sails at 3 pm, swim stops in red beach coves, dinner on deck, lamb kleftiko, stars pop before dessert.
Day 4 – Wellness day, coach leads breathwork in the cave lounge, cool stone, echo hum. Massage add-on if you want, local therapist, hot towels scented with mastic. Evening wine tasting, 4 volcanics, owner explains why the soil tastes like battery.
Day 5 – Second hike, lighter loop to Skaros rock, photo breaks, wind whipping hair. Picnic up top, cheese pies, cherries. Back for siesta, pool glows neon till dusk. Chef does pasta with sea urchin, you twirl it watching lights flicker on in Fira.
Day 6 – Open morning, maybe sleep, maybe coach joins for meditation facing the crater. Afternoon catamaran redux, different route, hot springs swim, sulfur warm. Farewell dinner, whole fish baked in salt, cracked tableside, pistachio baklava.
Day 7 – Slow breakfast, coach wraps with take-home routine. Cart down to reality, maybe a volcano pebble in your pocket.

Jacuzzi tub on lower deck, bubbles and view
Kitchen stocked, nespresso, local beans ground fresh
Housekeeper daily, towels swapped, fruit bowl refilled
Food & drink
Chef rotates, always fish, always veg, always too much. Breakfast till you say stop. Wine never ends but water pushed equally.
Getting places
Golf cart shuttle to town, 5 mins. Catamaran picks up from Ammoudi port, 10 min ride. Hikes start from villa path, no drive needed.
Small stuff
Reef-safe sunscreen, hats, hiking poles
Bluetooth in every room, chill greek playlists
Binoculars for spyhopping cruise ships
Journal, black ink, thick paper
Why it lands
Coach isn’t preachy, just listens, adjusts. Hikes leave calves humming but not broken. Catamaran dinners float the day away. You watch the same sunset six ways and it never repeats. Leave sunburned, salty, annoyingly zen.
Grab it before the caldera books out.
