That card never touches our servers; a encrypted gateway swallows it whole and spits back a token.
How We Use It
Your name opens the villa door. Email sends confirmation and a reminder two weeks out with the chef’s menu draft. Phone rings only if the skipper needs to shift the boat hour because of swell. Dietary notes keep the kitchen from serving shellfish to someone who swells like a pufferfish. We never build profiles for ads, never nudge you with flash sales, never whisper your travel dreams to third-party marketers.
Who Sees It
The chef reads the allergy list. The driver sees the pickup name. The wellness coach learns if you prefer sunrise yoga or sleep. Our tiny team in Hawaii accesses the minimum needed to make the stay seamless. Local partners sign the same promise we keep. Payment processor sees card digits; we see only the last four.
Storage and Safety
Data lives encrypted on servers in the United States, backed up nightly, locked behind firewalls that make Fort Knox look welcoming. Paper notes — yes, the chef still scribbles on paper — are shredded after the last breakfast. We keep booking records seven years for tax audits, then they vanish. Browse logs dissolve after ninety days.
Your Rights
You can ask for a full download of everything we hold about you; we send a tidy file within thirty days. Want it gone sooner? One email and we erase, except what tax law forces us to retain. Opt out of any future note with one click; we honor it instantly.
Children
We do not accept bookings for anyone under 18 without a guardian. If a minor somehow slips through, we delete every trace the moment we notice.
Changes to This Policy
If we ever need to adjust how we handle your trust, the new version lands here with the date changed. Continued use after that date means you nod yes. We will also email a summary if the shift is significant.
